N.B.: A) I respond to your letter of 14 Elul*. Several of its points have already been clarified in my preceding correspondence. You envisage the formation of a mutual aid fund among the teachers of the network (note 2: Of the Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch* schools in the Holy Land). You surely mean that each one will have to devote a percentage of his salary to it. Now, I have already written, regarding a similar question from Rav D. Hanzin (note 3: Rav David Hanzin. See, regarding him, letter no. 8042), that one must absolutely avoid all coercion (note 4: A mandatory deduction to fund this mutual aid), just as one must preserve, in any case, the spirit of Chabad*. There is therefore no reason to weaken all of this by an authoritarian decision and even less by coercion exercised in material domains.

B) The teaching of fitting subjects of Chassidus* and its spirit to the female teachers of the network (note 2) is important and extremely (note 5: The Rebbe underlines the word "extremely") judicious. You will consult, on this subject, the Likkutei Torah*, Parshas* Shelach*, page 37a-b, which specifies the meaning of the expression: "extremely." Furthermore, the same can apply to the male teachers, of course for what concerns them.

נ"ב. במענה על מכתבו מיום י"ד אלול. הנה על כמה פרטים כבר קבל מענה במכתבי הקודמים. ובמ"ש אודות הקמת קופת גמ"ח ממורי הרשת, וכנראה הכוונה ע"י שיתרמו אחוזים ממשכורתם, הנה כבר כתבתי בענין דומה לזה להרה"ג כו' הר"ד שי' חנזין, שיש להזהר ביותר שלא יהי' מעין של כפי', וכמו שצריכים לעמוד בתוקף בהנוגע לשמירת רוח חב"ד, אין כדאי להחלישו ע"י תוקף - ומי יאמר כפי' - בענינים גשמים. ב) לימוד הענינים המתאימים דתורת החסידות ורוחה - לפני המורות דהרשת נחוץ ונכון במאד מאד (עיין לקו"ת שלח לז, א', ב' בענין מאד מאד). ואפילו לפני המורים - כמובן ענינים המתאימים להם.
