By the grace of Hashem,

To the leaders of the holy city of Tiberias*,

may it be restored and rebuilt very soon,

by our righteous Moshiach*, may Hashem grant you long life,

I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your letter of 25 Tishrei*, in which you raise the question of a Yeshivah* Chabad* in your city. In this matter, you must address the administration of the Chabad* association in the Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt, 22 Piarberg Street, in Tel Aviv, with whom you will clarify the situation. From the beginning of the year that has just started, Hashem will grant each of you, within all of Israel, success in carrying out the mission entrusted to you here below, in accordance with the terms of the Mishnah*: "I was created to serve my Creator."
