I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your letter of Sunday of Parshas* Toldos* (note 1: The 28th of Cheshvan*), in which you describe to me your actions of disseminating the Torah*, including to the outside. I congratulate you for the past, but it is clear that all of this must be intensified. Indeed, to each of us, including to those who multiply good deeds, applies the statement of our Sages according to which one knows the elevation in the domain of holiness. Our Sages also say that "to whoever adds (note 2: An effort in the service of Hashem), one adds (note 3: Blessings)." This also concerns a man who must constantly elevate himself, ever more, in holiness. I enclose what was published recently. No doubt you will make its content available to the greatest number. The merit of what is public depends on it. With my blessing,

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מא' תולדות, בו כותב אודות פעולות בהפצת התורה ואפילו בחוצות, וישר כחו בעד העבר, אבל מובן שצריך להוסיף בזה, והרי על כאו"א מאתנו אפילו מארי דעובדין טבין ביותר קאי מאמר רז"ל דמעלין בקודש, ידועה ג"כ הוראת רז"ל כל המוסיף מוסיפין לו, שזה כולל ג"כ הוספה בעניני האדם שיוכל להעלות בקודש ביותר וביותר.

מוסג"פ מה שהו"ל בזמן האחרון ובטח יזכה בתוכנם את הרבים וזכות הרבים תלוי בו.
