I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your letters of 28 Cheshvan* and 6 Kislev*, with what they contained (note 2: The report of the activity of the Chassidim of the Holy Land). Be appeased, as I myself was upon reading what you write to me about the Chassidim*. No doubt you will continue to do so, but no longer in a brief manner. Quite the contrary, you will write to me with all the necessary detail and I thank you in advance for this. May Hashem grant you the merit and the success of doing everything in your power for the good of the greatest number, in general, of the Chassidim*, in particular. The merit of what is public depends on it.

I enclose what was published recently. You will surely be able to use its content, which you will make available to the greatest number. Awaiting your detailed letters, in general, the one that will describe the Chassidic* gathering of 19 Kislev*, in particular,
