To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself

to communal needs, Rav Chaim Zusya (note 1: Rav Ch. Z. Wilimovski. See, regarding him, letter no. 7879),

I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your letter, which you began writing at the conclusion of the Shabbos* that blesses the month (note 2: Of Adar*), then on the first day of Rosh Chodesh* Adar*, when one multiplies one's joy (note 3: As it is said: "From the beginning of Adar, one multiplies one's joy"). May Hashem grant that one fully take advantage of the days of Purim* and Pesach* that approach, of those that precede them and of those that follow them, by removing every situation that causes bitterness, without lack and without deficiency. For nothing resists the will, especially since this concerns the greatest number.

It would be good to take an interest, in an unofficial manner, in the construction of the Mikveh* (note 4: Of Kfar Chabad*. See, on this subject, letter no. 4284). Is it arranged in such a way that it will please the women, which means, quite simply, that it will be clean, will meet sanitary criteria, will be beautiful, at least to the extent possible at the Kfar*? Certainly, these aspects may seem secondary, but in our era, they are profound and even fundamental. I await good and detailed news on how the days of Purim* went, as well as on all the other points. I thank you for this. With my blessing for a joyful Purim*,

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו שהתחיל לכותבו במוצש"ק מברכין ואדר"ח מרבין בשמחה. ויה"ר שינצלו ימי הפורים וימי הפסח הבע"ל והימים שלפניהם ושלאחריהם כדבעי, ומבלי פרטים של עגמ"נ וגרעון וחסרון. ואין לך דבר העומד בפניה רצון ובפרט כשנוגע לרבים...

כדאי ה'י שבאופן בלתי רשמי יתוודע בהנוגע לבנין המקוה, אם נעשית באופן שתשא חן גם בעיני הנשים, היינו על פי פשוט שתהי' נקי' ועאכו"כ סניטרי וגם יפה, לכה"פ כפי האפשרית בכפר, כי אף שלכאורה כ"ז ענינים חיצונים הם, אבל בדורנו זה נוגע גם לענין הפנימי ולעיקר הדבר.
