I greet you and bless you,

I received, with pleasure, your letter of the month of Adar*, in which you inform me of your efforts to influence your friends and those you have met, in order to make known to them our Torah*, Torah* of life and its Mitzvos*. You explain to them the great benefit that will flow for them from following the path of the Torah* and the Mitzvos*. Happy is therefore your portion, since Divine Providence has granted you such opportunities. And one can rely on the Creator of the world to attribute to you a reward, in all your needs, both material and spiritual.

I have good hope that you will do the same in the future, and even more, that you will redouble your ardor in this matter, in accordance with the needs of the moment, especially in our Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt, very soon and in our days, by our righteous Moshiach*. In the future, the members of the youth of the Chabad* association will surely continue to help you and assist you, to the fullest extent of their means. I therefore await your good news of all of this, with all the necessary detail. I hope that you will also give me good news of the state of health of your father. I send you my blessing for advancement and addition in these domains, as well as for success in the service of Hashem, blessed be He, according to your situation and your surroundings.

נעם לי לקבל מכתבו בחודש אדר, בו כותב אודות השתדלותו להשפיע על חבריו שי' [ו]על אלו שנפגש אתם להודיעם ע"ד תורתנו תורת חיים ומצותי', ולהסבירם על הטוב הכי גדול בשבילם לילך בדרך התורה והמצוה, ואשרי חלקו שההשגחה העליונה הזמינה לו הזדמנו[יו]ת כאלו. ונאמן בורא עולם לשלם שכרו בהמצטרך לו, הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות.

ותקותי חזקה שגם להבא יעשה בדברים האמורים, ועוד יוסיף אומץ והשתדלות בזה, כדרישת השעה בכלל ובפרט באה"ק ת"ו במהרה בימינו ע"י משיח צדקנו, ובודאי גם להבא חברי צעירי אגודת חב"ד יסייעו בידו ויעזרו לו כפי יכולתם.

ואחכה לבשו"ט שלו בכל האמור ובפרטיות הדרושה. ותקותי שיבשר ג"כ טוב שהוטב מצב בריאות אביו שי'.
