We hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter of 24 Adar Rishon*, with the photograph, and we thank you. I enclose what has been published recently. No doubt you will make its content available to the greatest number. The merit of what is public depends on it. With my blessing,

You make reference to the Zechiros Rashbi* (note 1: Remembrances of Rabbi Shimon ben Yochai*. One will consult Likkutei Torah*, Parshas Acharei*, at page 28a, which says: "Rabbi Shimon* is mentioned in every chapter of the Talmud*." See also the note of the Rebbe, in the addenda to Likkutei Torah*, at page 19a and in Likkutei Sichos*, volume 12, at page 194). It has indeed already been noted that he (note 2: Rabbi Shimon*) was not mentioned in the tractates Chalah*, Middos*, and Kinim*. This count is detailed in the Toledos Tannaim VeAmoraim* (note 3: Biographies of the Sages of the Mishnah* and the Gemara*), by Rav Heyman.
