I greet you and bless you,

I received, with pleasure, your letter of Shushan Purim*, in which you describe to me the celebrations organized on the occasion of Purim*. I observe, with satisfaction, that you contain yourself regarding this teacher. Indeed, I am certain that it is precisely in this way that you will make the best use of him. Indeed, the number of male and female teachers who are faithful to the outlook of Chabad* is not very large. One therefore cannot renounce any of them. No doubt you also know what I officially wrote to the administration of the network (note 2: Of the schools Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch* in the Holy Land), regarding the external demand for the creation of new schools, which is even stronger than the internal demand, which means, of course, that it will be necessary to increase, accordingly, the number of male and female teachers.

Of course, this rapprochement depends on his character traits. You have known him for some time and, ultimately, you will surely find the suitable means. In any case, one of the essential means in this matter is a study of Chassidus* with submission and, even more, words bearing on everything that concerns Chassidus*.

בנועם קבלתי מכתבו משושן פורים, בו כותב אודות החגיגות דחג הפורים..

נעם לי לראות שמבליג הוא בהנוגע למורה פלוני, כי בטוחני שדוקא בדרך כזה ינצלום באופן הכי טוב, והרי מספר המורים-ות הנאמנים לשיטת חב"ד אינם מרובים, ואי אפשר לוותר אפילו על אחד מהם. ובטח ידוע גם לו מה שכתבתי רשמית להנהלת הרשת אודות הדרישה מבחוץ ועוד יותר התביעה מבפנים בהוספת מוסדות הרשת, שזהו ג"כ דרישת הוספה במספר המורים ומורות כמובן.

בודאי לעת קבלת מכתבי - כבר חזרו ב"ב שי' לאיתנם. ויה"ר שיבש"ט בענינים הפרטים ובענינים הכללים, ויה"ר שבכלל ידיעותיו תהי' ג"כ סו"ס, הידיעה אשר מתקרב לב חברי הרשת אחד אל אחד, וסו"ס יעשו כולם אגודה אחת לבסוס ולהתפתחות מוסדות הרשת ככל הדרוש. והרי זכות הרבים מסייעתם. אלא (לאחרי בקשת סליחתם על הביטוי שבא 9להלן מגרים הם בעצמם היצר הרע וכהפירוש בנוסח, על חטא, שחטאנו לפניך ביצר הרע. היינו שישנם ענינים שגם היצה"ר אינו מעיז לבוא להאדם בהסתות כאלו, אם לא שמגרים אותו בעצמם וכו'.
