I respond to your letter (note 1: This letter is addressed to Rav Yaakov Peles, one of the leaders of the community originating from Kishinev. See, regarding him, letter no. 7890) of 11 Adar Sheini*, in which you describe to me the participation of the students of the Yeshivah* that was previously in Kishinev* (note 2: See, on this subject, letter no. 5365) in the strengthening and development of the holy Yeshivah* that you yourself direct. These young men propose that the building be called: "House of the students of the Yeshivah* of Kishinev*" and that there appear on the receipts issued to donors the formula: "Yeshivah* Achei Temimim* Lubavitch, under the direction of the Rebbe Shlita* of Lubavitch, House of the students of the Yeshivah* of Kishinev*." Your letter does not detail all of this, but, based on this request, it is clear that they must commit to financing this construction. If this is indeed the case, the administration of the Yeshivah* Achei Temimim* Lubavitch of Rishon LeTzion* can indeed consider the question.

May the Name of Hashem be praised through you and through them, through a study of Torah* that will be permeated with fear of Hashem, through the inner keys and through the outer keys, possessing both the door and the house, until there is fulfilled the promise according to which "one will no longer teach the other, for all will know Me, from the smallest to the greatest, says Hashem." With my blessing for success in your sacred mission and for a kosher and joyous festival of Pesach*,

במענה למכתבם מי"א אדר שני, בו כותבים אדות השתתפות תלמידי ישיבת קישינוב לפנים, בביסוס והתפתחות הישיבה הק' שבהנהלתם, ומציעים שהבנין יקרא, בית תלמידי ישיבת קישינוב, וכן אשר הקבלות עבור הכספים המתקבלים ע"י הנ"ל יהי' בנוסח "ישיבת אחי תמימים ליובאוויטש, תחת נשיאות כ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א מליובאוויטש, בית תלמידי ישיבת קישינוב".

והנה אף כי אין מפרטים הדבר במכתבם, מובן על פי הדרישה האמורה, אשר הנ"ל לוקחים על עצמם הוצאות הבנין וכו'. ואם כן הוא יש מקום שהנהלת ישיבת אחי תמימים ליובאוויטש אשר בראשון לציון, תדון על דבר דרישתם האמורה.

ויהי רצון אשר מנייכו ומינייהו יתקלס שם עילאה, על ידי לימוד תורה ביראת שמים, מפתחות הפנימיות ומפתחות החיצוניות, תרעא וזרתא - גם יחד, עדי יקוים היעוד ולא ילמדו עוד איש את רעהו וגו' כי כולם ידעו אותי למקטנם ועד גדולם נאום ה' וגו'.
