To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself
to communal needs, Rav Chaim Zusya (note 1: Rav Ch. Z. Wilimovski. See, regarding him, letter no. 7979),
I greet you and bless you,
You write to me about the steps you are taking to obtain compensation (note 2: See, on this subject, letters no. 6581 and 7489). Many have done the same, without success. May Hashem grant that you use what you will earn solely for accomplishments in good health and joyously. I am surprised that you say nothing, in your letter, of the preparations that are necessary for the days of deliverance (note 3: Of the Previous Rebbe, from the czarist prisons), 12 and 13 Tammuz*, which approach. Moreover, this year marks the thirtieth anniversary of this liberation. I wish to hope that, in a concrete manner, nothing will be lacking. I therefore await good and detailed news.
At a propitious moment, I will mention the name of your son, near the holy tomb of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit will protect us, in accordance with what you write to me. With my blessing for giving good news of all of this, as well as on the occasion of the festival of the liberation,

לפלא שאינו מזכיר במכתבו אודות הכנות מתאימות לימי חג הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז הבע"ל, ובפרט אשר השנה היא תקופת השלשים שנה מאז הגאולה בפעם הראשונה, ורצוני לקוות שבהנוגע לפועל לא יחסר המזג, ואחכה לבשו"ט ומפורטות.
בעת רצון אזכיר את בנו שי' על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע - מתאים לתוכן כתבו.
