to communal needs, Rav Chaim Zusya (note 1: Rav Ch. Z. Wilimovski. See, regarding him, letter no. 7879),

I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your letters of the conclusion of Shabbos* Parshas Lech Lecha* (note 2: 8 MarCheshvan*) and of 12 Cheshvan*. I await the continuation of the good news, in all the domains you mention. The idea of the junction of the plots of land is positive (note 3: See letter no. 8134). Nevertheless, the second part must not be completely eliminated (note 4: The part that will not be integrated into Kfar Chabad*), as I have already written (note 3). Furthermore, you mention, in your letter, the name of Mr. Gat (note 5: See letter no. 7624, addressed to him). From what I remember, he visited me and he attended a Chassidic* gathering. Moreover, he promised me to relate what he had seen at Kfar Chabad*, at the appropriate time and in the appropriate manner. When you meet him, please convey my greetings to him and remind him of his promise. I hope he remembers the themes that were discussed at this Chassidic* gathering or, at the very least, some of the ideas. Please tell me what follow-up will be given to this.

No doubt a detailed program is being prepared, sufficiently in advance, in order to take advantage of the festival of 19 Kislev* in all of the Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt, in particular at Kfar Chabad*, where Hashem has ordained the blessing. מאשר הנני קבלת מכתביו ממוצש"ק לך ומי"ב חשון ואחכה להמשך בשורות טובות בכל הענינים אודותם כותב, ונראה השיטה מה שמדברים ע"ד צירוף שטח, אבל לא ע"ד ביטול לגמרי של כל החלק השני, וכמו שכתבתי מאז.

מזכיר במכתבו את מר גת שי', וע"פ הרשום בזכרוני הנה לא לבד שבקר אצלי והי' נוכח בהתועדות, אלא שהבטיחני אז למסור פ"ש מההתועדות - בכפר חב"ד בזמן המתאים ובאופן המתאים. ומטובו כשיפגש אתו למסור לו פ"ש ממני, וגם להזכירו ע"ד ההבטחה האמורה, ותקותי שזוכר הנ"ל גם מה שנדבר אז בזמן ההתועדות, עכ"פ איזה נקודות. ובטח יודיע ההמשך בזה.

בודאי מכינים תכנית מפורטה בעוד מועד לנצל החג די"ט כסלו בכל אה"ק ת"ו, וביחוד בכפר חב"ד אשר שם צוה ה' את הברכה.
