The (note 1: This letter is a telegram the Rebbe addressed to a Tzahal* meeting held at Kfar Chabad*) victory of 19 Kislev* (note 2: Date of the liberation of the Admur HaZaken* from the czarist prisons) had the following content. Our Torah* is a Torah* of life, applying, through all the parts that constitute it, to daily existence. Each man and each woman is bound and obligated to it, by virtue of the love that the Creator felt for us. May Hashem grant that this inflame the youth, who are our future, in particular in our Holy Land. All will orient their existence according to the light of the Torah* and the Mitzvos*, as well as according to its luminaire (note 3: Its profound teaching, revealed by Chassidus*), will disseminate them in their surroundings, with Chassidic* warmth. It is in this way that they will be happy, will have a life full of meaning, of joy, and of peace.
May Hashem grant that you discover your interest in submission, in collaboration, and in the awareness of the value of each person, whose conduct influences many people, sometimes even in a decisive manner, in order to build Eretz Yisrael* in the spirit of Tradition and to protect it, for your camp shall be sacred and Hashem your Elokim* shall lead in your midst. With my blessing for a fruitful gathering,

תוכן הנצחון די"ט כסלו, שתורתנו תורת חיים יום יומי ולכל חלקיה, כל אחד ואחת שייך ומחוייב בהם מאהבת הבורא אותנו.
יהי רצון שילהיב את הנוער עתידנו, ובפרט שבארץ הקדושה, לכוון חייהם אל אור התורה והמצוה והמאור שבהם, ולהפיצם בכל סביבותם בחום חסידותי, ואז מאושרים יהיו בחיים מלאים תוכן של שמחת שלום.
יהי רצון שתמצאו עניניכם בקבלת עול שיתוף פעולה והכרת היחיד שהנהגתו משפיעה ולפעמים גם מכריעה גורל הרבים, ולבנין ארץ ישראל סבא ולהגנה עליו, כי יהי' מחניכם קדוש וה' אלקיכם ישלוט בקרבכם.
