By the grace of Hashem,

I greet you and bless you,

I respond to your letter of the 10th of this month of deliverance and joy, with your request for blessing, which will be read, at a propitious moment, near the holy tomb of the one whose joy we celebrate, my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit will protect us. I greatly rejoiced at the beginning of your letter: "it is with joy that I announce..." May Hashem grant that, thanks to this opening, all that concerns you be henceforth joyous, with a visible and tangible good, in the spiritual and material domains at once, the one depending on the other, but also in the communal and personal accomplishments at once, the one depending on the other once again.

We have been enjoined to know elevation in the domain of holiness. All of this will therefore be realized in an ever-increasing manner, for the actions of men as well as for the heavenly blessings, including, of course, for what concerns the body and the state of health. Indeed, it is precisely regarding the body that it is said: "You have chosen us from among all the nations and languages," as the Tanya* explains, in chapter 49. With my blessing to give good news of all of this,

Regarding the treatment of your son, may Hashem grant him long days and good years, you will follow the prescription of a specialist physician and you will know success, physical and moral.

במענה למכתבו מיו"ד לחודש הגאולה והשמחה, עם הפ"נ שיקרא בעת רצון על הציון הק' של בעל השמחה, הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.

שמחתי במאד להתחלת מכתבו אשר בשמחה בא הפעם להודיע וכו', ויהי רצון שבהתחלה זו - יתנהגו עניניו באופנים של שמחה בטוב הנראה והנגלה מכאן ולהבא, הן בענינים הרוחנים והן בענינים הגשמים, אשר הא בהא תליא וכן [הן] בענינים הכללים והן בענינים הפרטים, אשר גם הא בהא תליא.

וכיון שנצטוינו מעלין בקודש, יהי' כל זה באופן דמוסיף והולך, הן בהנוגע לפעולות האדם והן בהנוגע לברכות השמים מעל - וכמובן בעניני הגוף ובריאותו, שהרי דוקא על הגוף הוא שנאמר ובנו בחרת מכל עם ולשון, וכמ"ש בתניא פרק מ"ט.

בהנוגע לטיפול בנם שליט"א - יעשה כהוראת רופא מומחה להצלחה בגו"ר.
