To the members of the committee of Kfar Chabad*,
may Hashem grant you long life,
I greet you and bless you,
We have duly received the report of the meetings of the 6th, 14th, and 27th of Tammuz*. I am surprised to have, for the moment, not received a response to my previous correspondence. Regarding this report, one must take the amount that was returned by the Jewish Agency and that is designated for the residential quarter, namely one thousand five hundred livres, to reimburse the committee of Kfar Chabad*, which paid for the houses of the old village, inasmuch as, as your report seems to indicate, this expense was made so that this land be secured for the residential quarter.
May Hashem grant that one finally see progress in this matter. As I also said to Mr. Yona Kisei, it is surprising that a delay of several months has been incurred. I therefore wish to receive good news in this matter, as in all the other points cited in this report and in the preceding ones. Awaiting your good news,

מאשרים קבלת הפ"כ מהאסיפות, דימי ו' י"ד כ"ז תמוז, ולפלא שלע"ע אין מענה על מכתבי הקודמים.
ובקשר לפ"כ הנ"ל, הרי יש לקחת מהסכומים שנתקבלו חזרה מהסוכנות
ומשוריינים להשיכון - אלף וחמש מאות לירות לשלם לועד הכפר חב"ד מה ששילם בעד הבתים בכפר הישן, באם כפי השמוער מהפ"כ הוציאו ממון זה בשביל שיהי' השטח בטוח להשיכון.
ויהי רצון שסו"ס תתחל הזזה ממשית בענין זה בפועל, וכמו שדברתי ג"כ עם מר יונה שי' כסא, איך שתמוה הדבר להעיכוב בזה זה כו"כ חדשים. ויהי ררצון שאתבשר טוב בזה ובכל שאר הענינים עליהם כותבים בפ"כ זה ובהקודמים.
