You ask me (note 1: This response was written on the letter itself of Rav Yosef D. Rosenstein, dated 15 Elul* 5718) how one can speak of a "yoke" regarding the angels, that is to say, of actions that go against the logic and comprehension of a creature. In fact, it is submission that allows it to be so. Indeed, the angels themselves perceive only their source, but not beyond it (note 2: They therefore cannot surpass this source except through submission). You will see, on this subject, the Laws of the Foundations of the Torah* (note 3: Of the Rambam*), chapter 2, paragraph 8, and chapter 3, paragraph 9. You will also consult, in particular, tractate Sanhedrin* 110a.
