By the grace of Hashem,

14 Kislev* 5719,

Brooklyn,

I greet you and bless you,

I respond to your letter of 9 Kislev* and I maintain my position. You must not be affected by those who oppose the domains of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, and his holy institutions. Moreover, just as, in the past, my father-in-law, the Rebbe, systematically prevailed, I am convinced that it will be the same in the present and in the future, that the wellsprings of Chassidus* will effectively be disseminated until they reach the outside. And may Hashem grant that all those who impose the veil and the concealment, all those who oppose and enter into conflict, regret it while there is still time, especially by meditating on the manner in which the persons who rose up against my father-in-law, the Rebbe, ended up. May Hashem grant that it be so as quickly as possible.

We are in the propitious days that are found between the 10th and the 19th of Kislev* and one knows the verdict rendered by the Heavenly Tribunal according to which, thanks to the self-sacrifice for the teaching of Chassidus* of which the Admur HaZaken* gave proof, those who are attached to him and follow his ways would prevail, in all that concerns the Torah*, the fear of Hashem, and good conduct. With my blessing for giving good news of all of this.

במענה למכתבם מט' כסלו... ואנן בדידן, מבלי לשום לב לאלו המתנגדים על עניני כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר ועל המסודות הק' שלו. ובפרט שבטוחני, שכמו שנצח כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר בכל עניניו בעבר, כן ינצח בהווה ובעתיד ויפוצו מעיינות דא"ח עד שיגיעו גם חוצה. וכל המעלימים ומסתירים ע"ז, המנגדים ונלחמים בזה, הנה יהי רצון ובעוד מועד יחזרו מדרכם זו, ובפרט שיתבוננו בסופם של כל אלה שנלחמים בכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר.

ויהי רצון שיהא כ"ז בהקדם.

והרי נמצאים אנו בימי הסגולה דבין יו"ד וי"ט כסלו, וידוע פסק בי"ד של מעלה, אשר בגלל המס"נ הלזו (של אדמו"ר הזקן) על תורת החסידות פסקו בית דין של מעלה, אשר בכל ענין של תורה יראת שמים ומדות טובות תהי' יד מקושריו והולכי בעקבותיו על העליונה...
