To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and assumes

a sacred mission (note 1: That of teaching), Rav Yitzchak (note 2: Rav I. Gansburg. See, regarding him, letter no. 8042),

I greet you and bless you,

I respond to your letters of 9 and 13 Teves*, in which you describe various improvements that have occurred in the schools Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak*, which divine Providence has led you to direct. May Hashem grant that this improvement go ever increasing. The other points that you mention will also improve and, in all domains, one will feel the advancement, one will illuminate even more, until reaching immensity.

Not only is it quite evident that you may write to me all that you mention, but this is also your duty and the merit conferred upon you. Nevertheless, it would be good to systematically propose to rectify and improve what needs to be. Of course, these proposals must not have the effect of calling into question other domains. Moreover, one can verify, quite often, that the calling into question appears immediately and very clearly, whereas the rectification and improvement become effective only subsequently, sometimes for the good and sometimes... (note 3: For the contrary of the good).

I read with pleasure, in your letter, the report of the Chassidic* gathering that was held at Kfar Chabad*, this 19 Kislev*. However, one point that I consider important is to be lamented, to the extent, of course, that what is said is true. It seems, indeed, that several young people came to the place where this gathering was held, but they were not allowed to enter. They therefore wandered outside, without anyone taking an interest in them. Now, it is clear that one could have organized a second gathering, outside the place where the main gathering was held. Moreover, it seems to me that this has already been done on several occasions. There was, for example, a gathering for which the men were in one place and the women in another building. If these young people belong to organized groups, whose contact information you surely possess, one can repair all of this by explaining to them the reason for what happened. On the occasion of a future gathering, one can plan a specific celebration for them, in order to appease them. At the very least, one can correspond with them.

In writing all of this to you, I also count on you to transmit this point to the other leaders. It is said, indeed, that "salvation is obtained through many counselors." With my blessing for success in your sacred mission and for giving good news of all of this,

במענה למכתביו מט' וי"ג טבת, בם כותב מההטבה באיזה נקודות בביה"ס אהלי"י, אשר ההשגחה העליונה זיכתו בהנהלתה.

ויה"ר שתגדל הטבה זו הלוך וגדל, וכן יוטב המצב בשאר הנקודות אודותן כותב, ובכל הענינים יהי' הלוך והוסיף הלוך ואור עד כי גדול מאד.

מובן וגם פשוט, שלא רק מותר לו לכתוב בכלה ענינים אודותם כותב, אלא שגם מחובתו וזכותו הוא. אלא שמהנכון שיוסיף בכ"פ גם הצעת תיקון בהנקודות הדורשות תיקון ושיפור. ומובן שההצעות צ"ל באופן שלא יביאו להירוס בנקודות אחרות, ובפרט שרואים במוחש אשר לפעמים - הרי ההירוס ברור הוא, ובהנוגע להתיקון ושיפור, יתברר רק לאחר משך זמן, לפעמים לטוב ולפעמים כו'.

נעם לי לקרות במכ' ע"ד ההתועדות בכפר חב"ד בי"ט כסלו העבר, אלא שמצערת נקודה, אשר לדעתי חשובה היא, כמובן באם השמועה אמיתית היא, והיא שכאילו באו כמה מבני הנוער ולא הרשו להם לכנוס למקום ההתועדות ושוטטו מבחוץ למקום ההתועדות, מבלי התענינות כלל בהם. והרי בודאי שהיתה אפשרות לסדר באיזה אופן שתהי' התועדות גם מבחוץ למקום ההתועדות ראשית. ובפרט שכמדומה שכבר עשו זה כמה פעמים שבמקום אחד התועדו אנשים ובבנין שני נשים וכיו"ב.

תיקון האפשרי להנ"ל- באם נוער זה מקבוצות מאורגנות, בטח יודעים הכתובת שלהן, ויש מקום לבאר להן הסיבה. ואפשרי גם - בהתועדות הקרובה לעשות מה שהוא מיוחד בשבילן, בכדי לפצות את דעתן. או עכ"פ לבוא עמהן בקישור מכ' וכו'.

כוונתי בכתיבתי אליו כוללת, אשר כדאי שיעורר שאר המתענינים ג"כ בזה. והרי כבר נאמר ותשועה ברוב יועץ.
