To the leaders of the youth of the Chabad* association in our

Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt,

grouping of Tel Aviv*, may Hashem grant you long life,

I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your letter briefly describing what has taken place during these past weeks. No doubt you will continue all of this, in an ever-increasing manner. Moreover, Chassidus* explains that it is easier to serve Hashem during the summer (note 1: See, on this subject, letters no. 2168 and 5403).

May Hashem grant that things advance from this month of Nissan*, which is entirely considered as a Rosh Chodesh* (note 2: See, on this subject, in particular, letters no. 6788, 6803, and 6808), in conformity with the explanation of the Shnei Luchos HaBris*, at the end of Parshas Bo*. Thereupon, the world of Asiyah* itself (note 3: The world of concrete action, the lowest of creation) knows elevation.
