At a propitious moment, the name of your daughter, who will have long days and good years, will be mentioned once more near the holy tomb of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit will protect us, so that she may obtain the satisfaction of her needs, in conformity with what you write to me and, in particular, on the occasion of her birthday, a day on which our Sages say that the Mazal* is strong. May Hashem grant that you finally begin to announce good news to me, concerning her, of a visible and tangible good.

You ask me about these tablets coming from Switzerland. It seems to me that I have already written to you that they can be used only under medical supervision. It is indeed a physician who must establish the dosage.
