I greet you and bless you,

You write to me about your daughter. At a propitious moment, I will mention her name once more near the holy tomb of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit will protect us. You tell me that a treatment based on insulin is being proposed to you again. In a general manner, it is customary to resume such a treatment, but, recently, various conceptions have been developed regarding the manner of treating this affliction. Some advocate maintaining insulin and electric shocks, as has been the case until now. On the other hand, a more recent conception suffices with tablets and discussions.

May He Who heals all flesh and performs wonders therefore hasten her healing, through an appropriate treatment. With my blessing to give good news of all of this,

ולכתבו שמציעים לעשות עוד הפעם הטיפול ע"י אינוסולין, - בכלל דבר רגיל הוא לכפול טפול האמור, אבל בזמן האחרון נתחדשו כמה שיטות חלוקות בהנוגע לטיפולים במיחוש כהנ"ל, וי"א להמשיך כמו עד עתה באינסולין וחשמל וכו', ולאחרונה מתפשטת השיטה להסתפק בכדורים ובשיחות.

ויהי רצון שהרופא כל בשר ומפליא לעשות, ימהר רפואתה בטיפול המתאים לפני'.
