I bless you and greet you (note 1: This letter is addressed to a woman),

I have duly received your letter and I communicated my opinion by telegram, in function of what I have observed in many similar cases. One must attempt the treatment based on compresses, which permit a softening of the wound comparable to what you describe and, very often, make it disappear completely. In very little time, one observes a result and one can say whether the treatment is suitable or not. Without a doubt, the physician will accept all of this and you will make a decision according to the results.

Hashem heals all flesh and He accomplishes wonders. By His Word, He will heal you, through such a treatment and such a person (note 2: The physician). I am surprised that you do not speak to me about your activities destined to disseminate Judaism, in general and the wellsprings (note 3: Of Chassidus*), in particular. To someone like you, it is surely unnecessary to describe at length the great importance and the absolute necessity of this. נתקבל המכתב שלה והברקתי דעתי ע"פ מה שראיתי בכמה וכמה מקרים דומים, שכדאי לנסות בטפול בקאמפרעסין, שמטיבים לרכך ענינים כאותם שכותבת ולפעמים קרובות עד שעוברים לגמרי, ובמשך זמן קצר רואים כבר תוצאות באם הטפול מתאים, ובודאי גם הרופא יסכים על הנ"ל, ובהתאם להתוצאות מהאמור תחליט.

והשי"ת הרופא כל בשר ומפליא לעשות ישלח דברו וירפאה ע"י טפול פלוני ואיש פלוני.
