I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your letters, describing to me your activities in the functions and the domains in which you have engaged and especially in what is essential, education based on sacred values, the Chabad* schools. The common element of all of this, in any case according to what you write, is the lack of method that characterizes your action. You are therefore in a situation in which you experience ups and downs. Now, you are all in a Chabad* school and the purpose of all of this is: "one shall come to the aid of the other" and strengthen him, in this domain. Indeed, all must adopt an organization in conformity with the requirements of our masters and leaders, as specified in various talks. Education, in particular, must be well organized, all the more since one can observe, in practice, that a methodical approach is indispensable, in order to perpetuate the actions and to ensure their success. What is clearly established has no need of being demonstrated.

Certainly, it is useless to complain about the past (note 1: According to tractate Berachos* 54a). On the other hand, I hope that in the future, one will cease to "play around" (note 2: This expression is in Yiddish, the rest of the letter being in Hebrew) and one will demonstrate all the seriousness necessary, while acting with joy and enthusiasm. Thus, the activities will unfold in the manner that is fitting. They will meet with success, will multiply and will illuminate. In the expectation of good news of all of this, which will be detailed, to the fullest extent of what is necessary,

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתביהם, ראשי פרקים מפעולותיהם במקצועות שטחים

שלקחו ע"ע ובענין העיקרי חינוך עטה"ק בתי ספר חבדי"ם.

וצד השוה בכולם עכ"פ כפי שכותבים שחסר סדר בעבודתם, ובמילא נמצאים במצב של עולה ויורד וכו' וכו'

והנה אחת מהכוונות שנמצאים כולם יחד בבי"ס חב"ד הוא שאיש את רעהו יעזורו ויחזקו בעבודה האמורה, אשר בכולם צ"ל סדר כדרישת רבותינו נשיאינו, כמבואר באיזה שיחות קדש, ובחינוך בסדר מסודר דוקא, ובפרט שרואים את זה גם במוחש שהסדר נוגע לקיום הפעולות ולהצלחתן, והמפורסמות אין צריכות ראי'.

והנה אין צועקין על העבר, והתקוה שעכ"פ מכאן ולהבא לא יהי' מקום ארומשפילן זיך, וברציניות הדרושה אבל ביחד עם זה מתוך שמחה וטוב לבב יסדרו הפעולות כדבעי ויצליחו הלוך והוסיף הלוך ואור.
