I have duly received your letter of 9 Adar Rishon*, with what was enclosed therein. At a propitious moment, your name will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit will protect us, so that the wishes of your heart be fulfilled, in all the domains you cite. And, since you have transmitted this request to me, may Hashem cause you to give me good news of it as well. We are currently in Adar*, a fruitful month for the children of Israel, in all that concerns them. With my blessing to give good news,

You also ask me the following question. Here, in recent years, physicians have less and less recourse to shock treatments and insulin, which they replace with tablets, manufactured in Switzerland then slightly modified in the United States. These tablets have a different name, depending on the states, but the physicians know them. All are satisfied with this replacement, although the treatment is longer. But, above all, it is essential that you devote yourself, in a pleasant manner, to work or an activity not imposing a heavy responsibility.

במענה לשאלתו - פה בשנים הכי אחרונות, ממעטים הרופאים ביותר בטיפול הלם או אינסולין, ומחליפים זה בכדורים (תוצרת שווייץ עם קצת שכלול בארצה"ב. שמות הכדורים - משתנה ממדינה למדינה וידועים לרופאים), ושבעים רצון מחילוף זה, אף שהטיפול ממושך יותר. בכל אופן עיקר - שבדרכי נועם ישתדלו שיהי' עסוק בעבודה או בענין שלא ירגיש אחריות כבדה בהם.
