By the grace of Hashem,

eve (note 1: 13 Adar*) of Purim* 5722,

To the attention of Mr. Moshe Aram (note 2: See, regarding him, letters no. 8464 and 8630),

I greet you and bless you,

Basing myself on the impression I retain from our discussion, I wish you a joyous Purim* and I also express my hope that this conversation will have concrete effects, in conformity with the saying (note 3: See, on this subject, letter no. 7168) of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit will protect us, according to which: "when two Jews meet, good must result from it for a third."

Of these days of Purim*, it is said that "it was transformed," so that not only did the obstacles and barriers disappear, but, moreover, they became positive elements. Then, "for the Jews, there was light, joy, gladness and honor," from all points of view. In this spirit, may Hashem cause it to be so for each of us, within all of Israel. I would be happy to receive your good news. With my respects and my blessing,

שלום וברכה!

על יסוד רושם שיחתנו, שתקותי ששמור גם בזכרונו, הנני לאחל לו פורים שמח, ויחד עם זה להביע תקותי שתהיינה תוצאות ממשיות משיחתנו, וכפתגם כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נבג"מ זי"ע שכאשר שני יהודים נפגשים צריך שתצא מזה טובה גם לשלישי.

וברוח ימי הפורים האלה, שאז הי' ונהפוך הוא וכל המניעות והעיכובים לא רק שנתבטלו אלא אדרבה נהפכו לענינים חיוביים, עד שליהודים היתה אורה ושמחה וששון ויקר בכל המובנים, יהי רצון שיהי' כן בעניני כל אחד ואחד מאתנו בתוככי כלל ישראל.

וינעם לי להתבשר טוב.
