To the Rabbanim, distinguished Chassidim who fear Hashem
and devote themselves faithfully to communal needs,

I greet and bless you,

I was pleased to learn that this Wednesday, in the home of our friend, the Chassid who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs, Rav M. Weksler,[3] there will be held a meeting at which will be studied the concrete means of coming to the aid of Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch.

I am attaching a copy of the letter[4] that I wrote, a few days ago, for a similar meeting that took place in New York, on behalf of Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch, of Machaneh Israel, and of the Kehot publishing house. This will allow you to determine my outlook, my opinion, and my request in the matter, as well as the obligation and the merit incumbent upon each man and each woman to take part in this work, in order to strengthen and develop these three institutions.

You will no doubt disseminate the content of my letter to the participants of this meeting — to those who have the merit of associating themselves with the accomplishments of my father-in-law, the Frierdiker Rebbe. You will also make it known in every place where it can have a positive effect.

I hope soon to have knowledge of concrete results emanating from this meeting, of good fruits issuing from this beneficial planting, and of what will result from it in the future. You will surely also let me know the names of the participants.

בנועם שמעתי כי ביום ד' הבע"ל עתידה להתקיים בבית ידידנו הוו"ח אי"א עוסק בצרכי ציבור וכו' הר"מ שי' וועקסלער אסיפה מיוחדת לדון על דבר סיוע ממשי לעבודת המרכז לעניני חינוך.

מוסג"פ העתק מכתב שכתבתי לפני ימים אחדים לאסיפה מעין זו למען המרכז לעניני חינוך מחנה ישראל וקה"ת שנתקיימה בניו-יארק. ממכתב זה יראו מה היא השקפתי ודעתי ובקשתי ביחס לעבודה זו ולחובה ולזכות אשר ביד כל אחד ואחת להשתתף בעבודה זו להחזקת והרחבת עבודת ג' המוסדות האלה. ובודאי יפרסמו תוכן מכתבי הנ"ל בין המשתתפים באסיפה הנ"ל אשר זכו לקחת חבל בעבודת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ, וכן בכל מקום אשר יביא תועלת.

והנני מקוה לשמוע בקרוב מהפעולות הממשיות של אסיפה זו ומהפירות הטובים שיצאו מזריעה טובה זו וגידולי' בעתיד. ובטח יודיעו גם שמות כל המשתתפים.
