I received your letter in its time and you will kindly excuse the delay in my response, which is due to my numerous occupations and the festival of Pesach*.

I read therein, with pleasure, that you are personally interested in the development of Kfar Chabad* and that you are providing important support for the expansion of the post office, in that place. I was particularly pleased to note, from the formulation of your letter, that your interest does not result solely from your obligation by virtue of your functions, but also from a positive and friendly relationship that you maintain toward the inhabitants of the Kfar, their worldview and their actions.
