I greet and bless you,
It has been said to me that it would be good to establish, in the Holy Land, a few central points in which would be available all the publications of the Kehot publishing house, in reading rooms open to the public.[2]
In general, this proposal receives my agreement. Nevertheless, I do not wish to enter into politics, and I would therefore like to know your opinion on this. Where should the seforim be sent? To whom should they be entrusted? Which of our institutions will receive them?

הציעו לפני אשר מהנכון שיהיו באה"ק איזה מקומות מרכזיים שיתרכזו בהם כל הוצאות שהופיעו לאור על ידי קה"ת, בתור אולמי קריאה בעד הקהל.
