By the grace of Hashem, Tuesday of the

Now, every soul carries within itself the level of these seven shepherds, according to the beginning of chapter 42 of the Tanya*")

has blossomed... and produced almonds,"

I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your letter from the conclusion of Shabbos* 21 Sivan* (note 2: This letter was sent to several people, at different dates. On this subject, one will also see letter no. 8471 and the Likkutei Sichos*, volume 5, page 332). Today is Rosh Chodesh* Tammuz*, month of the liberation, that of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, leader of Israel. Now, "the body follows the head" (note 3: The Rebbe* notes, at the bottom of the page: "Tractate Eruvin* 41a, which says: 'after his passing...'"). May Hashem therefore elevate the head (note 4: The Rebbe* notes, at the bottom of the page: "See the Likkutei Torah*, at the beginning of Parshas Bamidbar*") of each person, both in what concerns him personally and in the public domains in which he must act. For, it is incumbent upon all to engage in the domains in which the one whose liberation and joy we will celebrate gave of his own person. And, he himself commanded his disciples, those who follow his ways and, more generally, all those who are linked to him, within all of Israel, to follow his example.

May these actions therefore be in conformity with what they should be, carried out with eagerness (note 5: The Rebbe* notes, at the bottom of the page: "See Igeres HaKodesh*, chapter 21") on the part of man and with rapidity (note 6: The Rebbe* notes, at the bottom of the page: "See the Likkutei Torah*, at the end of Parshas Korach*"), in the revelation of the help of Hashem. In this way, that which is their profound purpose will be accomplished: "We are the workers of the day" (note 7: The Rebbe* notes, at the bottom of the page: "Tractate Eruvin* 65a, according to the commentary of the Tzemach Tzedek*, which is reported in Likkutei Dibburim*, page 420 and in the Sefer HaMaamarim* 5708, from page 292"), who illuminate and who enlighten, until the clarity appears here below and we see the light (note 8: The Rebbe* notes, at the bottom of the page: "Likkutei Torah*, at the end of Parshas Korach*, at the same reference"). With my blessing on the occasion of the festival of the liberation, as well as to give good news, in general and more specifically,

יהי רצון שתהי' נשיאות ראש כל או"א בעניניו הפרטים ובענינים הכללים בם צריך לפעול - גם יחד.

פעולות כאו"א, בכל הענינים עליהם מסר נפשו בעל הגאולה והשמחה הבע"ל, וצוה עליהם לתלמידיו, לההולכים באורחותיו ובכלל - לכל השייכים אליו, בתוככי כלל ישראל.

תהיינה כמאן דבעי למיהוי ובזריזות (מצדו) ובמהירות (מצד העזר מלמעלה)
