You write to me (note 1: This letter is addressed to Rav Pinchas Aharon Weberman. It is written directly on his letter, dated Thursday of Parshas Korach*. See, regarding him, letter no. 9291) regarding the Eruv* of the city (note 2: Permitting the carrying of objects in the public domain during Shabbos*). Nevertheless, there are many provisions in this matter. Without the participation of an experienced (note 3: The Rebbe* underlines the words: "experienced" and "in particular") Rav in these laws, in particular (note 3), there is therefore no reason to do it.
Regarding the regulations of the Chevra Kadisha* (note 4: Society of the Last Duty), you will address yourself to the one that functions alongside the Chabad* association.
