I reproduce here (note 1: This letter emanates from the secretariat of the Rebbe*) the text of the telegram that the Rebbe* Shlita* was so kind as to send, on the occasion of the laying of the foundation stone of the second building:

"May the beginning of the second building, in this second month, know success in the two levels that are the revealed part of the Torah* and its profound dimension, as the Admur HaZaken* explains, in the second Chassidic* discourse of Parshas Bamidbar* (note 2: The Rebbe* notes, at the bottom of the page: "Of course, in the Likkutei Torah*"). With my respects and my blessing to all the participants, to whom Hashem will grant long days and good years,
