Peace and blessing!
The chassidic Rabbi, man of truth, Hashem-fearing, communal worker, Rabbi Shmuel Pesach Bogomilsky, conveyed regards from you on his return from his visit to your community, and also recounted to me about the assistance and the gracious reception that you extended to him during his visit. And many thanks to you.
My strong hope is that the impressions and arousal from Rabbi Bogomilsky's visit will bear fruit in strengthening Yiddishkeit and the observance of Torah and mitzvos in your community. And surely you are using every opportunity to act and to work in this direction — for though this has always been the obligation and privilege of every individual, all the more so in our days and in a place where not many are involved in spreading Torah and Yiddishkeit*.
And may it be the Will, since we are now coming from the Seventh Month, which is sated with all good, material and spiritual, the comprehensive month whose influence [extends] to all the months and days of the year, and whose concluding festival is Simchas Torah — that so it shall be for you and all the members of your community, may they live.

הרה"ח וו"ח אי"א נו"נ וכו' מוה"ר שמואל פסח שי' בוגומילסקי מסר לי פ"ש מכבודו, בשובו מביקורו במחנו, גם סיפר לי על דבר העזר והסבר פנים יפות שכ' הראה לו בשעת ביקורו. ותשואות חן חן למר.
תקותי חזקה, שהרשמים וההתעוררות מביקורו של הרב בוגומילסקי יביאו פירות בהחזקת היהדות ושמירת התורה והמצוות בקהלתו. ובודאי כבודו מנצל כל האפשרויות לעשות ולפעול בכיוון זה, שאם תמיד היתה זאת החובה והזכות של כל אחד ואחד, על אחת כמה וכמה בימינו אלה ובמקום שלא רבים הם העוסקים בהפצת התורה והיהדות.
ויהי רצון שכיוון שבאים אנו עתה מחודש השביעי המושבע בכל טוב, גשמי ורוחני, חודש הכללי שהשפעתו בכל חדשי וימות השנה, ואשר סיום הימים הטובים שבו הוא בשמחת תורה, שיהי' כן אצל כבודו וכל בני עדתו שי'.
