In response to his letter of Sunday.
At an auspicious time they will mention his son, may he live, at the holy gravesite of my father-in-law the Rebbe, zy"a, in accordance with the content of his letter.
And regarding what he writes concerning the [condition of the] growth that has not developed,[1] etc. —
He should ask the treating physician whether this is not a consequence of the cortisone treatment that he took for a long time. And this is not merely for intellectual discussion, but [is] apparently also relevant regarding the treatment going forward: whether to continue it, and likewise regarding the determination of medications to correct the aforementioned consequences, as is understood.
And may it be the Will that he report good tidings, in visible and revealed good, regarding each one about whom he writes.
And we are coming now from the weekly parsha Vayera, etc. — to heal those who need healing, and easily understood.

בעת רצון יזכירו את בנו שי' על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע מתאים לתוכן כתבו.
ולכתבו בנוגע לגידול וכו' שלא נתפתחו וכו'
יש לשאול הרופא המטפל, האם אין זה תוצאות מרפואת קרטיזון שלקח זה זמן רב, ואין זה רק לפלפול בעלמא כי אם נוגע לכאורה גם בהנוגע להטפול בעתיד, האם להמשיך בזה וכן בהנוגע לקביעת התרופות לתקן תוצאות האמורות כמובן.
ויהי רצון שיבשר טוב בטוב הנראה והנגלה בנוגע לכל אחד אודותם כותב.
והרי באים אנו מפרשת שבוע וירא וגו' לרפאות הצריכים לרפואה, וק"ל.
