Greetings and blessings,

In my opinion, you did wrong to stop going to consult the doctor. You would do well to go once again to a specialist and to follow his prescriptions.

You speak of severance. Refrain therefore from such thoughts. My father-in-law, the Rebbe, gave you his blessing to have a child, and it is certain that he will keep his word. Great are the tzaddikim*, and one who departs this world is found there more than during his lifetime. You will therefore see that his blessing will be fulfilled, and you will give me good news in this regard.

You conclude your letter by saying that you have had to interrupt your public teachings. It would be good to continue them. You will find a way that they should not weaken your state of health, chas v'shalom*.

...הנה לפי דעתי לא טוב עשה שפסק מלילך להרופא, וטוב יעשה אם יתבקר מרופא מומחה עוה"פ וימלא כפי הוראותיו.

ומה שמזכיר ע"ד פירוד וכו', ח"ו שיחשוב עד"ז, ובפרט שקבל ברכה מכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע הכ"מ שיזכו להפקד בזרעא חייא וקיימא, און ער איז א בטוח אויף האלטן ווארט. ובפרט שגדולים צדיקים כו' וצדיקא דאתפטר, דאשתכח בהאי עלמא יתיר מבחיוהי, יראה שברכתו תתקיים, ויודיעני בשורות טובות בזה.

מסיים במכתבו שהוכרח להפסיק את השיעורים ברבים, וטוב יהי' אם ימשיך בהם, אלא ישתדל ללמדם באופן כזה שלא יחלישו ח"ו את בריאותו.
