By the grace of Hashem,

To the Rav, chassid* who fears Hashem,

former talmid* of the Yeshiva, Rav I.[1],

Greetings and blessing,

I have received your request for a blessing, and—without making this a vow—I will read it tomorrow, on the day of the Hilula*, at the tziyun* of the Frierdiker Rebbe*.

The tzaddik* who departs this world is present there even more than during his lifetime. He will surely grant his blessing, and Hashem will fulfill it, materially and spiritually.

You ask me about your settlement[2]. Your relatives in Eretz HaKodesh* believe that this would be relatively easy in that country. The Frierdiker Rebbe had already given his consent for you to travel there. May Hashem therefore grant that this take place at an auspicious and fruitful time, easily and in a positive manner.

With my blessing for a good settlement, physical and spiritual, very soon.

Reb Avraham[3]: the Rebbe must be brought back. The current situation is too difficult—both for me and for you. And who benefits from it?

With my blessing that you may soon inform me of good news.

לכם.
