By the grace of Hashem,

2nd day of Rosh Chodesh* Elul 5725,

To the great Rav*, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem, Rav C. Y.[1]

I greet you and bless you,

I reply to your letter of 27 Menachem Av.[1] In the interest of what is sought, and given the little time available, I have seen fit to send you the letter I addressed to Rav H. M. S.[3] regarding the formation of a technical religious front.[4] Through you, it will surely be used in the best way. I thank you for this and offer my apologies for the effort it will impose upon you.

May we finally merit that our Torah, Torah of truth, which is a single Torah, draw together the hearts of the singular people on the earth toward 'the Eternal our Hashem, the Eternal is One.' All will have a single view, without needing to hold a vote among men of flesh and blood, and will fulfill His Will with a whole heart. A copy of this letter concerning the religious front has also been sent to Rav I. M. Lewin,[5] to Rav K. Kahana,[6] to Rav Z. Warhaftig,[7] and to Rav I. Eidelman. It is evident that it may be circulated. With my respects and blessing,

ויהי רצון אשר סוף כל סוף נזכה אשר תורתנו תורת אמת, אשר תורה אחת היא, תקרב את הלבבות דגוי אחד בארץ לה' אלקינו ה' אחד ויהיו כולם בדעה אחת (מבלי הצבעה הניתנה לדעת בו"ד) לעשות רצונו בלבב שלם.
