You shall do[1] everything in your power[2] in the domain of family purity[3] — strengthening the ritual baths, spreading information about the importance and the necessity of observing these laws. It would be good if you could persuade two women, or at least one, to observe these laws.

According to what the Admur HaZaken* says in chapter 3 of Iggeret HaTeshuvah*, and given your age, you may fast two half-days[4] — and 'two half-days are considered as one full day, from this standpoint'[5]. You shall distribute your charitable gifts to Tzedakah* in many installments. I will mention this near the tomb[6]. You shall have your Mezuzot* checked, and you shall give Tzedakah* before the lighting of the candles.
