May it be at a good and fruitful moment[1]. It is indeed said regarding this year[2]: 'And the seventh year shall be a Shabbat* for Hashem.' May Hashem bring it about that the study, following this verse, be 'a Shabbat* for Hashem' — that is, according to Rashi*'s interpretation, 'for the Name of Hashem.' Consequently, 'your field' and 'your vineyard' — that is, the Mishnah* and the Gemara*, according to the Likkutei Torah*, Parshat Behar, p. 40d — shall not be 'yours,' as the Torah Or*, Parshat Mishpatim, p. 79a, explains in commenting on the verse: 'not in your land[3].' Rashi* explains that it is forbidden to eat its produce and to derive benefit from it. Moreover, it is stated: 'for you: all that is necessary for you[3].' Indeed, these fruits are exempt from the bringing of first-fruits, and one must not act as if one owns them.

ודאי יודע שהנסיעה לשם באני׳ יהודית השייכת ליהודים,
כשהמשרתים והמנהיגים יהודים ,אסור בשום אופן ליסוע באני׳ כזו,
וזהו מהעבירות הכי חמורות ,וזו רחמנות גדולה על אלו שעושים זאת
ואינם יודעים את הצרות הגדולות שהם מביאים בזה על עצמם ועל
יהודים בכלל ר״ל.

אם מדובר אודות נסיעה באוירון ,היוצא ומגיע בימות החול ,או
באני׳ לא יהודית ,הרי אז הנסיעה דבר נכון.
והשם יתברך יצליחו בנסיעה וגם עד אז ולאחרי זה ,ולרוות נחת
אמיתי שזהו נחת יהודי מהילדים ומילדיהם שי׳.
