I am replying to your letter of this Thursday, in which you set out the advice you have been given in order to submit a request for an exit visa for your brother[2] and his family.[3] You shall act in accordance with this proposal. You have been written from there that haste is necessary. The reason is undoubtedly quite simple: for various reasons, this moment is propitious[4] for obtaining such an exit visa. As you request of me, the present letter is sent to you ahead of the queue. With my blessing to give me good tidings,
