I reproduce here the text of the telegram that the Rebbe Shlita* was kind enough to address to you this day, in response to the information you communicated to him[2]:

30 Chazon Ish* Street, Bnei Brak,
may Hashem grant you long life,

May the completion of the Sefer Torah and its introduction into the Chabad* Ahavat Yisrael synagogue be a great success and serve as good preparation for receiving the Torah with joy and in depth, during the festival of Shavuot, the Hillula* of David, the anointed king, and of the Baal Shem Tov*. Then you will continue all of this throughout the year. With my respects and blessing,
