I duly received your letter of 28 Iyar, requesting my blessing. At a propitious moment, it will be read at the resting place of my father-in-law the Rebbe, whose merit protects us. With my blessing,

You mention your coming to your parents' home here, and the advantages this presents. Your travel will certainly be conducted in a manner permitted by the Shulchan Aruch, which excludes Israeli vessels operating during holy Shabbat[2]. Thus, this journey will be at a good time and you will give me good tidings concerning everything that pertains to you.
