Igrot Kodesh · Letter 916 — Faith & Bitachon
Volume 4 · Letter 151
By the grace of Hashem,
7 Adar Rishon 5711,
Brooklyn,
Greetings and blessing,
In reply to your letter of Monday of Parshas Mishpatim and the request for a blessing that accompanied it.
You must have unshakable bitachon* in Hashem, who directs the entire world without any exception. He will protect you and strengthen you. He will allow you, in the end, to settle as is fitting, materially and spiritually.
One must also forge the proper keilim* to contain all these blessings. These are Torah and mitzvos*—particularly the daily recitation of Tehillim* according to the monthly division, the daily study of the Parshah* with Rashi's commentary (Sunday up to Sheini, Monday up to Shelishi, and so on), and the study of Tanya* according to the annual cycle established by the Frierdiker Rebbe*.
Why are you not considering marriage?
May Hashem help you give me good news very soon.
With my blessing,
