By the grace of Hashem,

Days of the liberation, Tammuz* 5726,
Brooklyn, New York,

To the children of Gan Yisrael*,
may Hashem grant you long life,

I greet you and bless you,

May the opening of Gan Yisrael*[1] and the entirety of your stay within it be a success in every respect, all the more so as this year is the year of Shemitah* — "a Shabbat* for Hashem"[2]. It is therefore propitious for an increase in Torah*[3] and Mitzvot*[4], for the revelation of calm and tranquility, of true pleasure[5], both with regard to the body and the soul[6]. And it will hasten the fulfillment of the promise stated in our Parasha*[7]: "a staff has risen in Israel," which alludes to the King Mashiach*[8] and "Israel performs wonders." With my blessing on the occasion of the festival of liberation,

תהא פתיחת "גן ישראל" וכל משך שהותם בו בהצלחה בכל.

ובפרט שהשנה שנת השמיטה אשר שבת היא לה' ומסוגלת להוספה בתורה ומצות ולהמשכת שובה ונחת, עונג האמיתי - בעניני הגוף והנפש גם יחד, ולמהר קיום היעוד שבפרשתנו וקם שבט מישראל, זה מלך המשיח וישראל עושה חיל .
