I greet and bless you,
I am replying to your letter of Motza'ei Shabbat*, in which you describe your state of health. You should follow the converging opinion of two specialist physicians in this field. Of course, you must strengthen your daily conduct in accordance with the teachings of our Torah, Torah of life, and with the observance of its Mitzvot*, of which it is said[1]: 'And you shall live by them.' Indeed, these were given to us by Hashem, blessed be He, Who heals all flesh and performs wonders, healing the flesh and blood of one He has designated[2].
It would be good to have your Tefillin* examined. Every weekday, before putting them on, you will set aside a few coins for Tzedakah*. With my blessing,

במענה למכתבו ממוצש"ק, בו כותב אודות מצב בריאותו.
יש לעשות כדיעה אחידה של שני רופאים מומחים במקוצע.
ומובן ופשוט שצריכה להיות התחזקות בהנהגה בחיי היום יומי מתאימה להוראות תורתנו תורת חיים ובקיום מצותי' עליהם נאמר וחי בהם, שניתנו לנו מהשם יתברך שהוא הרופא כל בשר ומפליא לעשות, ורופא בשר ודם שלוחו הוא.
ומהנכון אשר יבדקו את התפילין שלו, ובכל יום חול קודם הנחת התפילין, להפריש פרוטות אחדות לצדקה. ומובן שהפרשה לצדקה צריכה להיות בלי נדר.
