I greet and bless you,
I am replying to your letter of this Tuesday, in which you request my blessing for this person. In such a case, one must follow the prescriptions of a specialist physician who is on location. Furthermore, one must not doubt that Hashem will send him a swift recovery, a complete recovery, and will grant him a blessing in all his needs.
