I bless and greet you,
I am replying to your letter written at the conclusion of the holy Shabbat*. At an auspicious moment, your name will be mentioned at the holy tomb of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, may his merit protect us, so that the wish of your heart may be answered favorably, in accordance with the content of your letter.
You ask me about the right time for a visit here. For various reasons, it is wise to plan it during the auspicious month, the month of the festivals[2]. However, this can sometimes create several difficulties for a homemaker. If that is the case, you should plan it for when the Chabad* women's convention is held here, that is, generally speaking, between Pesach* and Shavuot*.
