I received your letter with great delay. You put forward various proposals to advance and strengthen the Chabad* movement in general, and in our Holy Land in particular. As for the part of the program concerning activities carried out throughout the entire world, the time has not yet come for that, for various reasons. As for the Chabad* branches in our Holy Land — may it be restored and rebuilt — it would be good for you to address yourself directly to the Chassidim* leaders, with whom you are in any case in contact. They will tell you whether the time is right, in the Holy Land, to introduce such activities.

I have good hope that in the future you will continue to take an interest in Chabad* activities in general, and in Kfar Chabad* in particular. You will assist them to the full extent of your abilities. You will influence in particular your friends and acquaintances, who will follow your example. With my respects and blessing, and that you give me good news of all this,

באיחור רב קבלתי מכתבו, בו כותב הצעות שונות בכדי לקדם ולחזק תנועת חב"ד בכלל, ובארצנו הק' בפרט.

והנה בנוגע חלק התכנית שקשור עם פעולות במרחבי העולם, מפני כמה סיבות עדיין לא בא הזמן לגשת לביצוע מפעל זה. אבל בנוגע להסניפים השייכים לתנועת חב"ד באה"ק ת"ו מהנכון שיבוא בדברים בזה עם עסקני אנ"ש - והרי בלאו הכי עומד עמהם בקישור - האם שעת הכושר היא באה"ק להתחיל בפעולה בכיוון סעיפים אלו.

התקוה חזקה שבודאי גם להבא ימשיך התענינותו בכל עניני חב"ד בכלל, ובנוגע לכפר חב"ד בפרט, ויעזור להם בכל האפשריות שלו, כולל גם השפעה על ידידיו ומכריו, שממנו יראו וכן יעשו.
