You may call upon the yeshiva* students in general, but not the six who came from here as emissaries*[1], with a specific mission[2] — and I am surprised that you have any doubt about this. It will not be so, however, outside study hours[3].

Notes

[1] This letter is addressed to Rav Abba Pliskin, who asked the Rabbi whether the students of the Yeshiva* of Melbourne could participate in the activities for the dissemination of Judaism conducted in that city.
[2] For a period of two years, in order to strengthen the Yeshiva*.
[3] All may then participate, including the emissaries*.
