may Hashem grant you long life,

I greet and bless you,

I respond to the questions posed. The name Metivta*[1] is not very common in our context. We prefer the term: "study hall"[2]. The details of the curriculum must be determined according to the level of the students[3] and, to a certain extent, according to what arouses their interest. As much as possible, it will correspond to that which is in use here or, at the very least, will be related to it. The participation of the students[4] in the activities of the Chabad* youth association is naturally envisageable only insofar as it does not interfere with the study schedule[5].

Regarding the legal authorization and the lawyer's opinion, or the financial questions, the members of the administration will confer and make the decision together, and you will surely communicate it to me here. I send you my blessing for great success in your holy mission, in order to magnify the Torah, its revealed part and its profound dimension, to adorn it within this holy institution and, through it, all around it, in life and in the country, with joy and enthusiasm,
