To all participants in the celebration of the fortieth year[1], during the days of deliverance, and at the laying of the cornerstone of an additional Chabad* neighborhood in our Holy Land[2],
may Hashem grant you long days and good years,

I take part in your celebration and your joy. May Hashem bring it about that this neighborhood be soon completed, as well as those that will follow. Then they will be filled with those whom Hashem will have liberated[3], "with eternal joy upon their heads"[4], in accordance with the hope of the one whose joy we celebrate. For the Almighty will establish peace in our Holy Land, which was given to us by the holy Hashem, as an inheritance for the holy people. This people will follow His decrees and keep His Mitzvot*. In the terms of the verse[5], "You have seen all that the Eternal has done, before your eyes, in the land of Egypt... these miracles and these great wonders, so that you know that I am the Eternal your Hashem," until the promise be fulfilled[6]: "And you will spread to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south," with the coming of our righteous Mashiach*. לכל המשתתפים בחגיגת שנת הארבעים בימי הגאולה ובהנחת אבן הפנה בשיכון חב"ד נוסף באה"ק שליט"א

הנני משתתף בחגיגה והשמחה, ויה"ר שבקרוב יוגמר שכון זה ושלאחריו וימלאו בפדויי ה' בשמחת עולם על ראשם כתקות בעל השמחה, כי יתן ה' שלום בארצנו הקדושה שניתנה מאלקים קדושים לנחלת עולם לגוי קדוש ובחוקותיו ילך ומצוותיו ישמור, וכלשון הכתוב אתם ראיתם את כל אשר עשה ה' לעיניכם בארץ מצרים גו' האותות והמופתים הגדולים ההם למען תדעו כי אני ה' אלוקיכם, עדי יקוים היעוד ופרצת ימה וקדמה וצפונה ונגבה בביאת משיח צדקנו.
