To all inhabitants of the Chabad* neighborhood of Jerusalem,
"Gather the people, the men, the women, and the children"[1], who will have long days and good years. Have great success in the celebration of the days of the liberation, including during Shabbat*, and may one seize the perception of the master, put it into practice, since forty years have now elapsed[2].
May Hashem bring it about that, very soon, those whom Hashem will have liberated return and arrive in Zion*, in joy, with eternal joy upon their heads[3], with the coming of our righteous Mashiach*. Le-chaim*, for life and for blessing,

ויהי רצון שבקרוב ממש כל פדויי הוי' ישובון ובאו ציון ברנה ושמחת עולם על ראשם בביאת משיח צדקנו.
